The FOOD WATCHER™ is a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator, designed and clinically proven to inhibit the sensation of hunger.

It generates safe TENS-like pulses applied transcutaneously to the ear ducts, temporarily inhibiting vagal activity and thus reducing gastric motility and consequently the drive to eat.

This is the first system worldwide conceived to electronically inhibit the feeling of hunger.  A few minutes application can lead to a substantial reduction of gastric motility, helping to reduce some of the discomforts of the dietary restrictions needed to lose weight.

Accupunture techniques have shown that stimulating points in the ear lobe can increase the levels of serotonin that helps relax the stomach and reduce the sensation of hunger.  Each application lasts for about 5-10 minutes and the device can saftely be used in conjunction with a weight loss diet.

How often can I use FOODWATCHER? We recommend using the device for a maximum of 10 minutes whenever the feeling of hunger is felt, not more than twice daily or following medical advice.

How long does it take before having positive results on hunger sensation? Normally, the effect on hunger can be perceived within one hour after the first application.  This will usually subside after approximately 3 hours.
