Return Policy

While the Alpha-Stim is significantly effective when it is used correctly for 9 out of 10 people who use it, it will not work for everyone. If the Alpha-Stim is not working well for you, please first contact your healthcare practitioner, your local authorized Alpha-Stim distributor, or The Microcurrent Site for technical and/or clinical support.

If for any reason you wish to return your Alpha-Stim, you may return it within 60 days of purchase and get a full refund. There will be a restocking fee which will be deducted, £55 for the AID & £80 for the M - to cover the cost to replace all accessories; postage costs are also not refunded (all restocking amounts are taken against the full RRP). Product must be in good, working, resalable condition and returned with all accessories, packed in the original case. Valid only for your first product purchase. The 60 day money-back guarantee excludes devices not purchased directly through The Microcurrent Site or through the Rent-To-Buy scheme.


The Alpha-Stim is not user serviceable. To obtain service, first contact your authorized distributor or The Microcurrent Site for advice or a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). If necessary, send the entire device, with all accessories, packed in the original case, if available. Send it insured, freight prepaid, and include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the problem. Please do not forget to include your return address, including country, your phone number and email if you have them.

5 Year Limited Warranty

The Microcurrent Site Ltd warrants to the original purchaser (and no one else) that each new Alpha-Stim is free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date, except for accessories. Right To Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive your order.

To cancel, you can contact Customer Services on 01487 208041 within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
