AS-Trode™ Self-Adhesive Electrodes

£24.00 inc. VAT

AS-Trode™ self-adhesive silver electrodes have been extensively researched to determine that they provide optimal transfer of the Alpha-Stim® proprietary waveform assuring the best clinical results.
Other electrodes are as much as 20 times less conductive and will not allow the Alpha-Stim current to penetrate the skin resistance.

Tip! You can extend the life of your AS-Trode™ silver electrode pads by following these simple rules:

Cleanse skin with mild soap and water to remove body oils, lotions, make-up and perspiration. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue and let dry before applying electrodes.
When applying electrodes, make sure there is a “total contact” (no curling, gaps, etc.) with the skin.
Remove electrodes on their protective backing and seal the bag after each treatment to prevent the gel from drying out.
If the gel becomes less sticky, apply two drops of the Alpha-Conducting solution™ to each pad to re-hydrate its surface. You may also place them in the fridge.
When the gel loses its ability to adhere properly to the skin, it is time to replace electrodes.
If the connection between the lead wire and electrode becomes loose, you may lightly squeeze the outlet where the lead wire plugs into the electrode.

      Hi Petra,

Many thanks for getting in contact with us.

Unfortunately it is not possible to use the AS-Trodes with the Alpha-Stim AID, only the Alpha-Stim has the ability to treat pain and also the connections on both devices are different therefore Alpha-Stim M wires cannot be connected into the Alpha-Stim AID.

Hope this answers your question fully.

      Regards,

      James
